Home is where the heart is, and our hearts are here at La Frecuencia Mayapo.

Magenta sunsets, a sweet and salty sea breeze, turquoise waters and brilliant night skies; let’s just say the Creator is making a symphonic masterpiece of life’s elements on this beachfront land along the Caribbean coast of Colombia.

We are here by choice, and we are blessed to have the opportunity to live along the beach in the Caribbean coast of Colombia. While it is fine to gather in city enclosures if one wishes, we are specifically creating like-valued community in the big, beautiful spaces of nature.

La Frecuencia Mayapo is first and foremost a micro village of individually-owned homes with shared beachfront access to kite-surfing, swimming, sunning and just being. Each family has a lot where they can build the dream house of their dreams. If they want, it can be rented out when they are not there as a source of income.
